Warrenties are dificult to handle when you are working pimarily with “mother Earth ” and natural product like earth, sand, stone, wood and rock to name a few.
What we strive for is 100% customer satisfaction. So if there is a problem with our workmanship, we will do what it takes to make it right.
Many if not all of the products we work with outside of natural ones carry their own waranties, and wework with you get issues with those products resolved.
